RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are currently experiencing a delay in processing returns. Our team is working as quickly as possible, and you will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

We hope you love every Beyyoglu piece you order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Each return shipment is subject to a £25 return handling fee per order. If you return multiple orders in a single parcel, the fee will still apply per order. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

Returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Underwear and bodysuits

  • Pierced jewellery

  • Swimwear without the original hygiene seal

Cosmetic and perfume items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, to ensure product quality and safety.

Please note that online purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged in any Beyyoglu physical stores.
Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable. If a custom-made item arrives defective or damaged, please contact Beyyoglu Customer Service immediately so we can assist you.
